Losing blood in the urine form a haemolytic anaemia.
Can get a pancytopenia with it.
Dark urine in the mornings from the overnight haemolysis.
Complement is the cause of this.
It may be picked up by a positive acid haemolysis (HAM) test and obviously a haemosiderinuria goes with it
