Phenylketonuria

Blonde hair and blue eyes....

but :

• musty smelling
• develop eczema
• growth and mental retardation
• wide spaced teeth
• microcephaly and prominent maxilla

there is accumulation of phenylalanine metabolites (tyrosine levels are normal)
